Using the beta
By using Triply, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The beta is intended for people able to make and verify their own travel decisions.
What the service provides
The service creates research-oriented itineraries from your choices and available place, map, route, timetable and forecast information. It may provide links to independent government, map, weather, transport or tourism services.
Triply is not a travel agency, tour operator, ticket seller, payment service, navigation service, emergency service or government authority. No booking contract is formed through the beta.
Your travel decisions
You are responsible for confirming routes, schedules, opening hours, tickets, permits, accessibility, weather warnings, health needs, local restrictions and personal safety before departure and during the trip. Do not rely on the planner as the only source for a time-sensitive or safety-critical decision.
You are responsible for the people in your group and for complying with the rules of venues, operators and authorities.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls or rate limits, submit unlawful or abusive content, probe private administration features, automate excessive requests, impersonate another person or use the beta to harm others. Feedback should describe a real product or data problem and must not contain sensitive personal information.
Changes and availability
The beta may change, pause or remove features while data and providers are tested. Live providers can be unavailable, delayed or incomplete. Saved information may be lost during a beta failure, device reset or service change, so keep independent copies of important plans.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that every result will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular trip. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
